🔨 Manufacturing Step Build generic hardware Put in stock (any country) 💻 🔑 Configuration Step Pull from stock Load country-specific key 📱🇩🇪

🪄 The Two-Phase Magic

IFPP splits the journey into two phases. Manufacturing Step: build generic hardware in bulk, put it in stock. Configuration Step: pull a device from stock, load the country-specific key, and ship. One production line serves the entire world!

📋 Phase 1: Place the Order Carrier tells Key Maker: "I need 10,000 keys!" All created at once: bulk generation! 📦 Phase 2: Ship Chips Chip Maker ships eSIMs with one-time keys to the factory 📋 Steps 3–4: Share Chip Info Chip's public data (certificates, keys) sent to Key Maker: like sending a photo of your keyhole to the locksmith!

📋 Phases 1–2: Ordering Keys & Shipping Chips

First, a carrier places a bulk order for keys. The Chip Maker ships eSIM chips with one-time keys to the factory. Then the chip's public data: certificates and public keys: goes to the Key Maker, like sending a locksmith a photo of your keyhole!

🔑 Key Maker's Vault Step 5: Receive request "Lock keys for these chips" Step 6: Bind each key 🔐 Perfect Forward Secrecy! Even if master key stolen later, old packages stay safe Step 7: Ship locked packages Can wait in storage weeks/months! Esbpp 🏭 Factory Receives locked packages 🔒 Can't open them

🔐 Phase 3: Making the Keys

Inside the Key Maker's vault, each profile is encrypted so only one specific chip can unlock it. This uses Perfect Forward Secrecy: even if someone steals the master key later, old packages stay safe. The locked packages arrive at the factory and can sit in storage for months!

Boss 🏭 Step 8 Robot 🤖 Step 9 eSIM 💎 Step 10: Inside the Chip Profile unlocked → verified → installed! ⚡ One-time key destroyed forever Steps 11–12: Chip signs receipt → sends it back to Boss ✅

🏭 Phase 4: Loading on the Assembly Line

This is where it all comes together: no internet needed! The Boss hands a locked package to the Robot, which pushes it into the chip. Inside, it's unlocked, verified, and installed. The one-time key is consumed: destroyed forever. The chip signs a receipt and reports success!

📊 Phase 5: Report Back Boss bundles all receipts → Profile Loading Report → Sends to Key Maker "10,000 keys loaded!" ✅ 🧘 Flexible Flow Steps can be reordered Multiple keys per chip Many Key Makers Multiple carriers! Steps 8–12 in MILLISECONDS! Single push, no network trips, no waiting

📊 Reporting Back & Yoga Flexibility

After loading, the Boss collects all the receipts and sends a Profile Loading Report to the Key Maker. The flow is flexible like a yoga master: steps can be reordered, multiple keys per chip, multiple carriers. Best part: Steps 8–12 happen in milliseconds: a single push!

ms ~1 sec/device × 5,000,000 devices = weeks saved!

Steps 8–12 (the actual factory-floor loading) can happen in milliseconds: a single push, no network round-trips, no waiting. That's why IFPP works at the speed of a production line, where every second matters. Multiply your seconds by millions of devices... and IFPP saves weeks!
